Art. 223. Stosunek pracy na podstawie powołania osoby zajmującej w dniu wejścia w życie ustawy stanowisko Prezesa Wyższego Urzędu Górniczego, Wiceprezesa Wyższego Urzędu Górniczego, dyrektora okręgowego urzędu górniczego albo zastępcy dyrektora okręgowego urzędu górniczego, nawiązany na mocy dotychczasowych przepisów, staje się stosunkiem pracy na podstawie powołania w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu pracy.
