1. Urząd Górniczy do Badań Kontrolnych Urządzeń Energomechanicznych, utworzony rozporządzeniem Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 26 sierpnia 1994 r. w sprawie utworzenia Urzędu Górniczego do Badań Kontrolnych Urządzeń Energomechanicznych (Dz. U. poz. 436 oraz z 1997 r. poz. 625), staje się Specjalistycznym Urzędem Górniczym w rozumieniu niniejszej ustawy.
