Art. 21c.

1. Podmiot, o którym mowa w art. 21a ust. 1 albo w art. 21b ust. 1, może złożyć pisemne oświadczenie o zrzeczeniu się prawa, o którym mowa w tych przepisach, przed upływem terminu, o którym mowa odpowiednio w art. 21a ust. 2 albo w art. 21b ust. 2.

2. Złożenie oświadczenia, o którym mowa w ust. 1, powoduje wygaśnięcie wyłącznego prawa do korzystania z informacji geologicznej, o którym mowa w art. 99 ust. 3, z dniem doręczenia tego oświadczenia organowi koncesyjnemu.
