4a. Koncesji na podziemne składowanie dwutlenku węgla udziela się na okres uwzględniający obowiązek prowadzenia po zamknięciu podziemnego składowiska dwutlenku węgla monitoringu kompleksu podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla przez okres niekrótszy niż 20 lat.
