1. Obszary złóż kopalin, dla których właściwy organ administracji geologicznej przyjął dokumentację geologiczną bez zastrzeżeń przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy i które nie zostały wprowadzone do studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy, niepóźniej niż w terminie 2 lat od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy wprowadza się do studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy.
