Art. 207.

1. Do prawa do informacji geologicznej uzyskanego przed dniem 1 stycznia 2002 r. stosuje się art. 47 ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. – Prawo geologiczne i górnicze (Dz. U. poz. 96, z późn. zm.).

2. Do prawa do informacji geologicznej uzyskanego od dnia 1 stycznia 2002 r. do dnia wejścia w życie ustawy stosuje się dotychczasowe przepisy.

3. W przypadku gdy podmiot, który nabył prawo do informacji geologicznej, został zlikwidowany bez rozstrzygnięcia o sukcesji prawa do informacji geologicznej lub nie jest możliwe ustalenie podmiotu, któremu przysługuje to prawo, Skarb Państwa może rozporządzać tym prawem.
