Art. 201. Bezzbiornikowe magazynowanie substancji oraz składowanie odpadów w górotworze, w tym w podziemnych wyrobiskach górniczych, określone w dotychczasowych przepisach staje się podziemnym bezzbiornikowym magazynowaniem substancji oraz podziemnym składowaniem odpadów w rozumieniu ustawy.
