Art. 188. Kto nie wykonuje decyzji organu nadzoru górniczego, dotyczącej:

1) zakazu wykonywania określonych czynności przez osoby, które wykonują te czynności z rażącym niedbalstwem, z naruszeniem ustawy lub rażącym naruszeniem wydanych na jej podstawie przepisów,

2) nakazu niezwłocznego sporządzenia lub poprawy operatu ewidencyjnego,

3) (uchylony) podlega karze grzywny.
