Art. 187. Kto nie dopełnia ciążącego na nim obowiązku w zakresie tworzenia funduszu, gromadzenia środków na funduszu oraz przedstawiania na żądanie właściwych organów aktualnych wyciągów z rachunku bankowego, na którym gromadzi środki funduszu, oraz informacji o sposobie ich wykorzystania, podlega karze grzywny.
