Art. 183a. Kto bez decyzji organu nadzoru górniczego stwierdzającej posiadanie kadry oraz środków umożliwiających prowadzenie szkoleń lub zatwierdzającej program szkolenia trudni się szkoleniem osób wykonujących czynności w ruchu zakładu górniczego albo zakładu, podlega karze grzywny.
