Art. 183. Kto nie dopełnia ciążących na nim obowiązków w zakresie prowadzenia ewidencji zasobów złoża kopaliny, w zakresie przedkładania informacji o zmianach zasobów złoża kopaliny, w zakresie posiadania, sporządzania, aktualizowania i uzupełniania wymaganej dokumentacji mierniczo-geologicznej oraz przekazywania danych geologicznych i próbek oraz wyników ich badań, uzyskanych w wyniku robót geologicznych, podlega karze grzywny.
