Art. 181. Kto wykonuje czynności:

1) kierownictwa lub dozoru ruchu zakładu górniczego albo zakładu lub inne czynności w ruchu zakładu górniczego albo zakładu,

2) kierownictwa w podmiotach zawodowo trudniących się ratownictwem górniczym, nie posiadając wymaganych do tego kwalifikacji, podlega karze grzywny.
