Art. 180. Kto nie wykonuje decyzji organu administracji geologicznej, dotyczącej:

1) zakazu wykonywania określonych czynności przez osoby, które wykonują te czynności z rażącym niedbalstwem, z naruszeniem ustawy lub rażącym naruszeniem wydanych na jej podstawie przepisów,

2) wstrzymania działalności lub nakazu niezwłocznego usunięcia stwierdzonych uchybień lub nakazu podjęcia czynności mających na celu doprowadzenie środowiska do należytego stanu, w przypadku stwierdzenia wykonywania działalności bez zatwierdzonego projektu robót geologicznych, lub bez przedłożonego projektu robót geologicznych, który nie podlega zatwierdzeniu, lub z naruszeniem warunków określonych w koncesji lub tym projekcie, podlega karze grzywny.
