Art. 179. Kto:

1) w celach innych niż poszukiwanie lub rozpoznawanie złóż kopalin albo poszukiwanie lub rozpoznawanie kompleksu podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla wykonuje roboty geologiczne bez zatwierdzonego projektu robót geologicznych lub z naruszeniem określonych w nim warunków albo bez przedłożenia projektu robót geologicznych, który nie podlega zatwierdzeniu, lub z naruszeniem określonych w nim warunków,

2) nie zawiadamia właściwych organów o zamiarze rozpoczęcia wykonywania robót geologicznych, podlega karze grzywny.
