Art. 175a.

1. Kto uniemożliwia wykonywanie nadzoru i kontroli upoważnionym pracownikom organów nadzoru górniczego lub utrudnia im wykonywanie kontroli, podlega karze pieniężnej w wysokości od 1000 zł do 50 000 zł.

2. Kary pieniężne, o których mowa w ust. 1, wymierza, w drodze decyzji, właściwy organ nadzoru górniczego.

3. Ustalając wysokość kary pieniężnej, organ nadzoru górniczego uwzględnia wagę i okoliczności naruszenia, o którym mowa w ust. 1.
