5. Jeżeli po opracowaniu orzeczenia zostały ujawnione istotne okoliczności, które mogą mieć wpływ na ustalenia zawarte w orzeczeniu, przeprowadza się ponownie czynności określone w ust. 1 albo 1a oraz organ nadzoru górniczego, w zależności od wyników badań, opracowuje nowe orzeczenie albo potwierdza aktualność dotychczasowego orzeczenia.
