5. Państwowy Instytut Geologiczny – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy corocznie w terminie do dnia 15 lutego przekazuje ministrowi właściwemu do spraw środowiska sprawozdanie z wykonanych zadań, o których mowa w ust. 4, według stanu na dzień 31 grudnia.
