4. Plan prac państwowej służby geologicznej dotyczących realizacji zadań, o których mowa w art. 162 ust. 1 pkt 1–5 i 7–10d oraz ust. 2, na rok następny Państwowy Instytut Geologiczny – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy corocznie, w terminie do dnia 31 maja, przekazuje ministrowi właściwemu do spraw środowiska do akceptacji.
