1a. Państwowa służba geologiczna corocznie, w terminie do dnia 31 maja, przekazuje ministrowi właściwemu do spraw środowiska oraz właściwemu organowi nadzoru górniczego wyniki analiz, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 10b–10d, według stanu na dzień 31 grudnia roku poprzedzającego rok przekazania wyników analiz.
