Art. 161b. Przy uzgadnianiu:

1) (uchylony)

2) projektu miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego,

3) projektu planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego województwa,

4) projektu decyzji o lokalizacji inwestycji celu publicznego,

5) projektu decyzji o warunkach zabudowy

– organ administracji geologicznej kieruje się koniecznością ochrony udokumentowanych złóż kopalin, w szczególności złóż strategicznych, przed zagospodarowaniem w sposób wykluczający ich eksploatację w przyszłości.
