2. W przypadku działalności, o której mowa w art. 21 ust. 1:

1) książka kontroli jest prowadzona i przechowywana w zakładzie górniczym albo zakładzie wykonującym roboty geologiczne;

2) ograniczenie czasu trwania wszystkich kontroli, przeprowadzanych przez właściwy organ administracji geologicznej, w jednym roku kalendarzowym dotyczy poszczególnych zakładów górniczych albo zakładów wykonujących roboty geologiczne.
