4a. Do ustalenia opłaty dodatkowej za wydobywanie kopaliny, dla której stawka opłaty eksploatacyjnej wynosi 0 zł, albo opłaty dodatkowej z tytułu podziemnego bezzbiornikowego magazynowania substancji lub podziemnego składowania odpadów, dla których stawka opłat wynosi 0 zł, przyjmuje się stawkę w wysokości:

1) 1,32 zł/m3 w przypadku wód termalnych;

2) 5,89 zł/tys. m3 w przypadku metanu z węgla kamiennego;

3) 65,79 zł/t w przypadku podziemnego składowania odpadów stanowiących materiały izolacyjne i konstrukcyjne zawierające azbest.
