7. Decyzja, o której mowa w ust. 6, określa termin i sposób wykonania obowiązku likwidacji zakładu górniczego lub jego oznaczonej części. Decyzja ta może również upoważnić do korzystania z cudzej nieruchomości w zakresie niezbędnym do wykonania obowiązku likwidacji zakładu górniczego lub jego oznaczonej części.
