8. Środki funduszu stanowią koszty uzyskania przychodów w rozumieniu przepisów o podatku dochodowym i mogą być wykorzystane wyłącznie w celu pokrycia kosztów likwidacji zakładu górniczego lub jego oznaczonej części, a także zbędnych ze względów technicznych i technologicznych urządzeń, instalacji, obiektów lub wyrobisk górniczych tego zakładu.
