Art. 127o. Organ koncesyjny, w celu oceny zgodności prowadzonej działalności polegającej na podziemnym składowaniu dwutlenku węgla z warunkami określonymi w koncesji, dokonuje przeglądu udzielonych koncesji:

1) po upływie 5 lat od dnia udzielenia koncesji, a następnie – co 10 lat;

2) w przypadkach, o których mowa w art. 37a ust. 2 pkt 2–5.
