4. Protokół z kontroli udostępnia się zgodnie z przepisami o udostępnianiu informacji o środowisku i jego ochronie, udziale społeczeństwa w ochronie środowiska oraz o ocenach oddziaływania na środowisko, w terminie 2 miesięcy od dnia zakończenia kontroli.
