2. Przedsiębiorca składa sprawozdanie za poprzedni rok kalendarzowy do organu koncesyjnego w terminie do dnia 31 stycznia każdego roku na piśmie utrwalonym w postaci papierowej lub elektronicznej, podpisując je odpowiednio do sposobu utrwalenia podpisem własnoręcznym, kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, podpisem zaufanym albo podpisem osobistym.
