4. W przypadku, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 3, obowiązki, o których mowa w ust. 2, wykonuje Krajowy Administrator Podziemnych Składowisk Dwutlenku Węgla do czasu przekazania mu odpowiedzialności za zamknięte podziemne składowisko dwutlenku węgla zgodnie z art. 127j.
