Art. 127f.

1. Zabronione jest dodawanie do strumienia dwutlenku węgla odpadów oraz innych substancji, z wyjątkiem tych, które są niezbędne w procesie przesyłania, zatłaczania, składowania, monitoringu i pomiaru migracji dwutlenku węgla, w stężeniach, które nie spowodują zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa powszechnego oraz środowiska, w tym nie zwiększą ryzyka wystąpienia wycieku dwutlenku węgla.

2. Przez migrację dwutlenku węgla należy rozumieć przemieszczanie się dwutlenku węgla w kompleksie podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla.
