Art. 127c. Eksploatacja i zamknięcie podziemnego składowiska dwutlenku węgla powinny odbywać się w sposób zapewniający bezpieczeństwo powszechne oraz zapobieganie negatywnym dla środowiska skutkom podziemnego składowania dwutlenku węgla, w szczególności zanieczyszczeniu wód podziemnych.
