Art. 127b. W granicach terenu górniczego wyznaczonego w koncesji na podziemne składowanie dwutlenku węgla zabrania się prowadzenia działalności innej niż podziemne składowanie dwutlenku węgla, która mogłaby zagrażać bezpieczeństwu podziemnego składowiska dwutlenku węgla, chyba że przedsiębiorca, który zamierza prowadzić tę działalność, wykaże, że prowadzenie przez niego tej działalności nie będzie stanowić zagrożenia dla podziemnego składowiska dwutlenku węgla.
