Art. 127.

1. Do podziemnego składowania odpadów stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy art. 105, art. 106, art. 107 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3, art. 108, art. 119, art. 120, art. 121 ust. 1, art. 128 pkt 3, art. 129, art. 130 ust. 1, art. 134 pkt 3 i 4, art. 135 ust. 2 i 3 oraz art. 137 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach.

2. Przepisów niniejszego rozdziału, z wyjątkiem art. 125 ust. 2–4, nie stosuje się do odpadów obojętnych oraz innych niż niebezpieczne i obojętne, jeżeli stanowią odpady wydobywcze w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 lipca 2008 r. o odpadach wydobywczych (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2336).

3. Do podziemnego składowiska odpadów promieniotwórczych nie stosuje się przepisów ust. 1 oraz art. 126.
