8. Minister właściwy do spraw klimatu w porozumieniu z ministrem właściwym do spraw środowiska określi, w drodze rozporządzenia, rodzaje odpadów, które mogą być składowane podziemnie w sposób nieselektywny oraz kryteria i procedury dopuszczenia odpadów na składowiska podziemne, kierując się potrzebami zapewnienia ochrony środowiska, bezpieczeństwa powszechnego oraz prawidłowego postępowania z odpadami, a także uwzględniając zjawiska przyrodnicze i uwarunkowania geologiczne.
