7. Podmiot zawodowo trudniący się ratownictwem górniczym jest obowiązany na wezwanie przedsiębiorcy lub kierownika ruchu zakładu górniczego zapewnić stałe uczestnictwo w akcji ratowniczej zawodowych specjalistycznych służb, w sposób określony w umowie, o której mowa w ust. 15.
