19. Przepisów ust. 1–18 nie stosuje się do przedsiębiorców wydobywających kopaliny metodą odkrywkową. Są oni obowiązani zabezpieczyć możliwość prowadzenia akcji ratowniczej przez inne jednostki ratownicze.
