2. Zaliczeń, o których mowa w ust. 1, dokonuje kierownik ruchu zakładu górniczego w oparciu o dokumentację określoną w przepisach wydanych na podstawie ust. 4, niezwłocznie po stwierdzeniu okoliczności określonych w tych przepisach, uzasadniających zaliczenie do danego stopnia, kategorii lub klasy zagrożenia.
