1. Złoża, pokłady, wyrobiska, ich części oraz inne przestrzenie w zakładach górniczych, w których występują następujące zagrożenia naturalne: tąpaniami, metanowe, wyrzutami gazów i skał, wybuchem pyłu węglowego, klimatyczne, wodne, osuwiskowe, erupcyjne, siarkowodorowe, substancjami promieniotwórczymi, podlegają zaliczeniu do poszczególnych stopni, kategorii lub klas zagrożeń, według kryteriów określonych w przepisach wydanych na podstawie ust. 4.
