2. Jeżeli roboty strzałowe w ruchu zakładu górniczego będą wykonywane przez podmiot wykonujący w zakresie swojej działalności zawodowej czynności powierzone mu w ruchu zakładu górniczego, uzyskanie pozwolenia, o którym mowa w ust. 1, przez:
1) przedsiębiorcę – wyłącza obowiązek uzyskania pozwolenia w zakresie tego samego sprzętu przez ten podmiot;
2) ten podmiot – wyłącza obowiązek uzyskania pozwolenia w zakresie tego samego sprzętu przez przedsiębiorcę.
