3. O dokonanym odstąpieniu przedsiębiorca niezwłocznie powiadamia właściwy organ nadzoru górniczego oraz organ opiniujący lub uzgadniający. W uzasadnionych przypadkach właściwy organ nadzoru górniczego może, w drodze decyzji, która podlega natychmiastowemu wykonaniu, określić sposób, zakres i termin wykonania obowiązków, o których mowa w ust. 2.
