2. W przypadku odstąpienia od zatwierdzonego planu ruchu zakładu górniczego przedsiębiorca jest obowiązany niezwłocznie podjąć działania konieczne dla ochrony zdrowia i życia ludzkiego, zabezpieczenia obiektów zakładu górniczego, bezpieczeństwa powszechnego i ochrony środowiska. Działania te nie mogą być niezgodne z zasadami techniki górniczej oraz zasadami bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.
