4a. W przypadkach, o których mowa w art. 36a ust. 14, art. 49zda lub art. 85aa, przedsiębiorca jest obowiązany sporządzić i przekazać do właściwego organu nadzoru górniczego dodatek do planu ruchu sporządzony w trybie uproszczonym, wraz z aktualną kartą zmian, w terminie 30 dni od dnia wstąpienia w prawa i obowiązki dotychczasowego przedsiębiorcy.
