4. W przypadku dokonywania zmiany planu ruchu zakładu górniczego w trybie uproszczonym:
1) dodatek do planu ruchu zakładu górniczego podpisuje kierownik ruchu zakładu górniczego, który realizuje plan, oraz zatwierdza przedsiębiorca;
2) zatwierdzone przez przedsiębiorcę dodatki do planu ruchu zakładu górniczego ewidencjonuje się w karcie zmian;
3) aktualną kartę zmian, wraz z zatwierdzonymi dodatkami do planu ruchu zakładu górniczego, przekazuje się do właściwego organu nadzoru górniczego nierzadziej niż co kwartał.
