6a. Plan ruchu zakładu górniczego prowadzącego podziemne składowanie dwutlenku węgla, a także zakładu górniczego prowadzącego wydobywanie węglowodorów ze złoża połączone z podziemnym składowaniem dwutlenku węgla sporządza się na okres 5 lat albo na cały planowany okres prowadzenia ruchu, jeżeli jest on krótszy.
