2b. W przypadku działalności polegającej na poszukiwaniu, rozpoznawaniu lub wydobywaniu węglowodorów ze złóż w granicach obszarów morskich Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej plan ruchu zakładu górniczego zawiera także:

1) analizę poważnych zagrożeń dla zakładu górniczego, rozumianych jako sytuacje mogące potencjalnie doprowadzić do niebezpiecznego zdarzenia lub wypadku;

2) opis systemu zarządzania środowiskiem i bezpieczeństwem ruchu zakładu górniczego;

3) opis systemu niezależnej weryfikacji, o którym mowa w art. 117a ust. 1 pkt 2.
