10d. Właściwy organ nadzoru górniczego przed zatwierdzeniem planu ruchu zakładu górniczego dla wykonywania działalności polegającej na poszukiwaniu, rozpoznawaniu lub wydobywaniu węglowodorów ze złóż w granicach obszarów morskich Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej bierze pod uwagę stanowisko właściwego organu innego niż Rzeczpospolita Polska państwa członkowskiego Unii Europejskiej, otrzymane za pośrednictwem Prezesa Wyższego Urzędu Górniczego.
