10a. Jeżeli właściwy organ nadzoru górniczego, podczas dokonywania oceny analizy poważnych zagrożeń dla zakładu górniczego, stwierdzi możliwość wystąpienia znaczącego oddziaływania na środowisko na terytorium innego niż Rzeczpospolita Polska państwa członkowskiego Unii Europejskiej na skutek wykonywania działalności polegającej na poszukiwaniu, rozpoznawaniu lub wydobywaniu węglowodorów ze złóż w granicach obszarów morskich Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, niezwłocznie informuje Prezesa Wyższego Urzędu Górniczego o możliwości wystąpienia tego oddziaływania.
