3. W ramach prowadzonej ewidencji zasobów złoża kopaliny sporządza się corocznie, w terminie do dnia 28 lutego, według stanu na dzień 31 grudnia poprzedniego roku, operat ewidencyjny zasobów złoża kopaliny, zwany dalej „operatem ewidencyjnym”.
