2. Jeżeli zmiany w okresie sprawozdawczym przekraczają 50 % wielkości rocznego wydobycia ze złoża, przeklasyfikowania, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 5, dokonuje przedsiębiorca po uzyskaniu zgody, w drodze decyzji, właściwego organu koncesyjnego. Decyzja ta jest ostateczna.
