Art. 91. Umowa spółki partnerskiej powinna zawierać:

1) określenie wolnego zawodu wykonywanego przez partnerów w ramach spółki;

2) przedmiot działalności spółki;

3) nazwiska i imiona partnerów, którzy ponoszą nieograniczoną odpowiedzialność za zobowiązania spółki, w przypadku przewidzianym w art. 95 § 2;

4) w przypadku gdy spółkę reprezentują tylko niektórzy partnerzy, nazwiska i imiona tych partnerów;

5) firmę i siedzibę spółki;

6) czas trwania spółki, jeżeli jest oznaczony;

7) określenie wkładów wnoszonych przez każdego partnera i ich wartość.
