Art. 74.

§ 1. Do sądu rejestrowego należy zgłosić: otwarcie likwidacji, nazwiska i imiona likwidatorów oraz ich adresy albo adresy do doręczeń elektronicznych, sposób reprezentowania spółki przez likwidatorów i wszelkie w tym zakresie zmiany, nawet gdyby nie nastąpiła żadna zmiana w dotychczasowej reprezentacji spółki. Każdy likwidator ma prawo i obowiązek dokonania zgłoszenia.

§ 2. (uchylony)

§ 3. Wpis likwidatorów ustanowionych przez sąd i wykreślenie likwidatorów odwołanych przez sąd następuje z urzędu.

§ 4. Likwidację prowadzi się pod firmą spółki z dodaniem oznaczenia „w likwidacji”.
